Exchange Policy

Exchange Only - It was Made to Order just for you!

We're sorry your order didn't work out, so let us make things right. Please allow us the opportunity to hear what did not work out. Just let us know when you want to have a quick phone call or we can do it all via email - send us a message with whatever works for you info@perfectly.me 

We will then send you the Return Authorization and we will get you what you will love.  

Exchanges:

Love it but need a different size, color, or pattern? 
  1. We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, 
  2. Currently, we are only able to process exchanges for domestic (US) customers.
  3. Exchanges are free when you use the shipping label we provide.
  • Eligibility Window:

    To qualify for an Exchange, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 30 days of your original order shipment date (as shown on your shipping confirmation email). 
  • What if there was something wrong with my order?

    Call us right away so we can make things right. Send us an email and we will reply within 24 hours info@perfectly.me
